Öztürk Group was established in 1982 by Fikret Öztürk to operate in the fields of lubricants and fuel distribution. Since then, the group has expanded its activities to a wide range of sectors, including energy, real estate development, hospitality, and logistics, becoming one of Turkey’s most respected and innovative group. In the energy sector, Öztürk Group is known for its “OPET” brand. Established in 1992 by Öztürk Group, OPET Petrolcülük A.Ş has become the fuel distribution company with the largest storage capacity in Turkey by focusing on infrastructure investments since its inception. At the end of 2002, Koç Holding Energy Group acquired a 50% stake in OPET, enhancing its market share and station network, making OPET one of the leading brands in Turkey’s fuel distribution sector with the synergy and power created by the partnership with Koç Group. OPET operates over 1,800 fuel stations across Turkey under the Opet and Sunpet brands. Thanks to its strong connection with consumers, OPET consistently leads in customer satisfaction in the fuel distribution sector and is one of Turkey’s most beloved brands.
Öztürk Group operates in real estate development, construction, and hospitality under the Regnum brand. Regnum is known for high-quality residential and commercial projects, luxury hotels, and world-class golf clubs. Notably, the Regnum Carya Hotel, opened in 2014 in Belek, Antalya, hosted the G20 Summit in 2015, achieving significant international success.
In the logistics sector, the group operates under the Güvenok brand, leading in fuel and chemical product logistics with a reputation for reliability and efficiency. Güvenok provides services with over 500 road tankers across Turkey.

• In the field of solar energy production and installation, the group operates under the Solareg brand, investing in and installing renewable energy projects to offer environmentally friendly energy solutions.
• In the electric vehicle (EV) charging network operation, the group works under the Ovolt and Sarz Net brands within the Univolt venture capital umbrella. These brands are leading the way in sustainable transportation solutions by establishing an expanding EV charging network across Turkey. Univolt’s unique advantage lies in offering a “roaming” infrastructure that enables multiple brands to provide EV charging services through a single system, and it is the first and only operational capital fund in this field in Turkey, offering qualified investors the opportunity to be part of this significant vision and future.
